Help with wording means you have some ideas and need help expressing the ideas well.

First thing to do is list all the ideas, facts you know about <1491. Make that list and start look in for similarities. Group the ideas together. 
Maybe you'll have a food group, a religon group, a trade group of ideas. Grouping creates the basis for paragraphs.
