Well, it would stand to reason that your PSA would be about preparing yourself to stay healthy (working out, eating right, taking preventative health measures). "My" might imply what YOU have personally done to prepare yourself to remain healthy. Resilience deals with recovering and returning to one's original state, so maybe you could talk about what health measures can be taken to bounce back after illness.
