Hello, I am new here. I was wondering why I cannot ask questions using my laptop, but I can on my phone. Actually, I can ask questions on my laptop, but I cannot seem to locate the 'post' button. It shows up on my phone though...it is my web browser (Chrome)?

get rid of any "extensions" you have, for example, grammarly, it should work fine after u remove them

Yes, puppies is correct. Grammarly is a magician, it makes your post button disappear....literally.
But aside from that, some known extensions like Grammarly doesn't make OS work right.
