I don't know if my method is right, logically it looks like to me this would be the equation, since the amount Julie earned is in the second section of the function.

      I would try to solve this.....

       410 = 30(7) + 20(x-7)

(x) =    30x     for 0 <= x <= 7
             20X     for x > 7                 I had x < 7 before
