8/4 --> Rational #s .16 repeating --> Ration #s -6 --> Integers 0 --> Whole #s 19 --> Natural numbers. \[-\sqrt{11}\] --> Irrational numbers.

All of those are correct, but keep in mind that a number can be part of more than one of those sets.
