Okay, it says "The light at the intersection of Gurley and Montezuma will turn green exactly three seconds after the intersection of Gurley and Marina." It left out that the light at Gurley and Montezuma will turn green 3 seconds after THE LIGHT AT the intersection of Gurley and Marina
