Connections Academy students would go to OpenStudy and cheat on their tests. CA officials talked to OS officials about the cheating problem so OS made a few moderator accounts for them to curb the cheating. But those moderators have been inactive for years.

@HS_CA is a Programmer for OpenStudy.
He is not a "real" moderator that moderates this site. He and his friends are just here to update the site and work on it from time to time. :)
