What is government? a. the services provided for a community, such as police protection, fire protection, and public health programs. b. the laws that protect people's rights and ensure the safety of a stat's citizens. c. the institution through which society makes and enforces its public policies. d. the process by which public officials are elected to and removed from office. These all seem very vague and similar to me, does anyone have an idea which could be right?

but to explain answer to help out a government is not just one thing its a group of branches so this means that its a i dont know how to say it but kinda an institution haha my bad if i confused you
