Chris withdraws $7.50 per week from his savings account. After 15 weeks, the balance in the account is $585. A. Write an equation in point -slope form to model this. B. Write the equation in slope-intercept form. C. How much is in the account after 1 year (52 weeks)?

563blackghost (563blackghost):

We know he withdrew which would mean that the bank account is decreasing so that would mean it would be` -7.50` we are also aware that it is for each week so it would then become `-7.50x`.....

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Now we know that `after 15 weeks we are left with $585 in the bank` which would mean that this is our coordinate which would be as `(15,585)`..... Do you understand what I am doing?

563blackghost (563blackghost):

@TheWaffleBRO

OpenStudy (thewafflebro):

no idea ;__;

563blackghost (563blackghost):

For the second post I did we are given a certain period in time as well as what is left at that point which would make it our coordinate so that is why we have the point `(15,585)`....... For the first post we are told that `he withdrew $7.50 each week` well withdrew defines as take away so it will be a negative....we are also given the amount which mean it will be `-7.50` and we are told it is each week....`each` is a word used to multiply so it will then become `-7.50x`. That is the best explanation I can give you. Do u understand?

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Im sorry but I can not give the answer away I would be breaking the code of conduct and might be ban for it. :(
