[Medal] What is the standard form of the equation of the line parallel to the graph of 2y-6=0 and passing through (4, -1)?

OpenStudy (ltrout):

I know how to find it if its like 2y-6x=0, but this has no X value so I'm confused.

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Isn't it missing an X?? Unless you have to work it out this way but I'm not positively sure.. 2(-1)-6(4)=0

OpenStudy (ltrout):

Yes, in the equation, it has no x value. Only a y.

OpenStudy (thewafflebro):

ok
