If the width of the rectangle is designated by w then its length would equal to 2w-5. I guess the perimeter here should be given for the rectangle. So If I were to follow my guess here, 2l+2w=P--> 2(2w-5)+2(w)=68. Expand, combine like terms and solve for w. Plug that value of w to find the length of the rectangle

@LizRockhill first you talk about rectangle and after this you said that the perimeter of a triangle is 68 cm - hope this is just a mistake
