If you're not on here for a few months, is your account deleted? I couldn't log in, nor could I use the 'forgot pw' button, but was able to create a new account with the same user name/email/pw... so all my SmartScore and such are gone. Ever happen to anyone else?

Looks like another post says there was a purge of inactive people.  Does anyone know how to find the post detailing how to recover our account information?
