Some openstudy users like @jhonny9 , @lgbasallote & @imbatman had their smartscore at top notch level i.e; 99 but now it ain't 99.

why ???

Because when OS asked for the birthdate some of them put it under 13 by mistake, or did not log in within the 30 days it required before your account got deleted. It was pretty silly, it was to get rid of "spam accounts," but there's another reason ha!

No when this update was first released it would delete your account right when you put your age under 13 and confirmed it, so I'm guessing they fixed it now, so nothing to worry, hopefully you are over 13 as OS requires that!

I'm not sure, you may contact the openstudy team, but honestly if you're 13+ don't even worry about it.
