I take a closed bag of chips skiing with me. What changes will occur to the chip bag as I ride up into the mountains (assume no change in temperature)?

A. the chip bag will inflate
B.the chip bag will stay the same but the chips will taste different
C. the chip bag will stay the same
D.the chip bag will deflate

It depends on how you "ride up into the mountains".
If it is in some heated vehicle so the chips remain at a more-or-less constant temperature, the bag will get larger as the atmospheric pressure decreases due to the increasing altitude.
If you ride up in a ski lift, so the chips get colder than when they started out, it's hard to say whether the temperature causing a decrease will offset the atmospheric pressure causing an increase or not -- it depends on the details of the before-and-after pressure and the before-and-after temperature.
In no case will the chips taste different
