OpenStudy (maddieayeeee):

emma has twelve 2 1/2 inch building blocks. if they were stacked one on top of the other in a single stack, how tall could she build her tower?

OpenStudy (lord2clash):

2.5*12=30

OpenStudy (mathmale):

30 what? Don't laugh, maddie, but you might learn something from drawing a diagram and labeling the side length of each block you're stacking. Then add together all those side lengths. Or, as Lord2clash has suggested, multiply the side length by the # of blocks. Please show your work.

OpenStudy (lord2clash):

sorry i forgot the unit 30inches

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Good!
