Why did the Supreme Court support the injunction in the Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company v. Sawyer case? The disagreed with the steel mill owners. They put limits on the workers right to strike. They supported Constitutional separation of powers. They affirmed Truman’s executive order. They supported the need for steel during a war.
