First off, remember that negative numbers are smaller than positive ones. Both negative and positive numbers can be arranged in increasing or decreasing order. You might start with the positive numbers. Which is the smallest? the largest? Arrange them in increasing order. Then do the same for the neg. numbers. Recall that -5 is smaller than -4.
