no new moderators will be added.. i can assure you, and if they do, it will most likely be a member of OS that has been here for a very long time, knows all the rules, and is an expert at a particular subject..

no forms have to be completed, and if you do, nobody is going to do anything about it, they will probably ignore it cuz its not improtant
