Which should you choose? You could argue Ronny's is most consistent, and it will take 29 minutes, and unlikely to be 40 minutes.
Or you could argue for Penora, it's 50% chance of less than 24.5 minutes, which is the fastest of the 3. On the other hand, there is a chance it will take 42 minutes.

As far as I can tell, none of the shops are obviously much better than the others, and chances are any of the 3 will deliver in 30 minutes plus/or minus 10 minutes.
