OpenStudy (will.h):

one by one really 15 ÷ (-3) + 5|-2| ÷ (-5) |-2| is equal to 2 1st preform the addition and subtraction and instead of |-2| we have 2 So therefor 15 ÷ (-3) + 5 * 2÷ (-5) Simplify and that's all it would equal -7

OpenStudy (will.h):

hope that helps

OpenStudy (gracygirl):

15 ÷ (-3) + 5 * 2÷ (-5) 15 ÷ (-3) = -5 -5 + 5 * 2 ÷ (-5) -5 + 10 ÷ (-5) 5 ÷ (-5) I'm pretty sure I'm getting it mixed up in my head on how to solve this, I get how you switched the |-2| but I for some reason my brain isn't wanting to work with me and solve this the right way.
