Question

Not sure about the steps:
I have an area of 100ha, and need to establish the amount of People that can accommodate the given area. It is a brand new area soo I don't have data for that particular area.
Any assistance greatly appreciated!

where is the rest of the question? would at least need to know how much space is needed by one person. what unit of measure is "ha" ?

Hectares

It isn't really a question with information but a design task where I have to establish how many people can fit in the 100 hectares of land.

Assumptions made are as follows:
- each land size is 400 square meters
- estimating roughly 3 people per household
- and minimum Public Open Space of 1 hectare
