Question

Not sure about the steps:
I have an area of 100ha, and need to establish the amount of People that can accommodate the given area. It is a brand new area soo I don't have data for that particular area.
Any assistance greatly appreciated!

It depends on the kind of habitation being planned.
Would it be residential, urban, suburban, detached, attached, row houses, condos, multi-storey and what are the zoning requirements, etc.
Some zoning by-laws require a certain percentage of social housing, some require built-in parking spaces, utilities (gas stations, convenience stores), green spaces, etc.
Unless you get all these parameters sorted out, there is not one single number that applies to all cases.
