OpenStudy (kayders1997):

Can someone please help me with a limit trig function?

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

the limit of sin3x/xcosx as x approaches 0 is?

OpenStudy (loser66):

You have formula to do that

OpenStudy (loser66):

\(\lim_{x\rightarrow 0}\dfrac{sin (x)}{x}=1\), right?

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

yes

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

wait first of all I took the 3 out of the limit and put it in front is that ok?

OpenStudy (loser66):

so, if x-->0 ,then 3x -->0 also, right? Now, you just multiple 3 both numerator and denominator. What do you get?

OpenStudy (loser66):

\[\lim_{x\rightarrow 0}\dfrac{3*sin(3x)}{3x*cos(x)}|dw:1473635655452:dw|\]
