OpenStudy (newarf):

True or False: Self-actualization means that you focus on yourself all the time

OpenStudy (newarf):

is it true

OpenStudy (newarf):

is that right

OpenStudy (ljetibo):

This is a physics board, I doubt you'll get an answer here. Try sociology, philosophy, psychiatry or some other field related to studies of human psyche.

OpenStudy (elijahcai):

I don't believe this is true. I would say false because self-actualization is just like you understanding that you can see yourself and understand that that's you. so I say false

OpenStudy (irishboy123):

self-actualisation is an element in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs it doesn't mean that " that you focus on yourself all the time" it's just a ranking tool but self-interest is **the driving force** symbiosis is the agent :-))

OpenStudy (osprey):

A GUESS false. yes you focus on yourself, but not all the time, otherwise you may starve ... bon voyage http://perendis.webs.com
