I don't appreciate the mean things that some of the users say, when you ask them for help. There is one specific user that I am talking about and I do not like the sarcasm that I get from him when I ask for help on another question. Like I'm just wanting the answer. NO I ACTUALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Why is it that I can't ask you a question that I'm having trouble on and you just help me not be a jerk about it.

I'm extremely sorry for ranting online about someone but these issues need to be fixed. Users on here need to know that it is not right to bully someone.

and be sarcastic. It's not cool and it does hurt some peoples feelings.
I was trying to tell a MOD about this but they do not answer, they do not get my messages. Am I really that annoying? I'm just trying to tell you about an issue that i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who has it.

If you can @itsbribro , please give us the name of the user who was being a bully/mean to you. or better to just ignore it cause there are others way of finding help without getting the boot , there are some really good/nice people on here with good humor , you just have to find them. I'm one of them.. everyone else here is one of them , @Awolflover1 @ILovePuppiesLol is one of them, theres many others trust me on that ^.^ .. if you really feel the need to report this person , go to the post he/she was mean to you and click "report abuse" and go from there with following the instructions. or rather whaty @pooja195 has mean saying , block them! If you block them , there will be no way they can contact you or see your posts/answer your post. So with that being said , there is nice people on here , you just got to ignore the bad/mean ones. I was stubborn at first with the rules and having some troubles but I got through them easily , if you need any further help , please tag the following ppl who replied to this post , thanks you!

Good advice from @pooja195 and @Frozen15. Blocking the user and/or reporting them if you feel they are being insulting is the way to go. I have to disagree with @Frozen15 on one thing though - don't name the other user and call them out publicly on a post ... that's not what OpenStudy questions are for, and will usually only result in more conflict. Let the mods handle it instead :)

I think the main point was completely missed. OpenStudy is NOT meant to be a site where you ask a question and get an answer.

OpenStudy is all about LEARNING and UNDERSTANDING. There are other sites, such as Brainly, where you can get an answer.

Also I see some misinformation, so let me clarify: When you block a user, they can still reply to your post. The only thing a block does is that it will not allow them to message you.

And as my amazing friend, @iambatman , once said "No naming, no shaming." If you have any problem with a user, use the report button and a moderator will take a look at it.
