1-organ culture like culturing roots, root hairs ,shoot tip, buds,cotyledons ,ovules ,pollen grains,young leaves,these are organs ....in other words these are your explants 
2-tissue culture like culturing pith tissue,palisade tissue of a leaf ,any piece contains one type of cells forming a tissue 
3-cell culture when your explant is separate cells such as suspension cultures of callus which may be in separate cells or aggregates of few hundreads of cells of the same type.
