1-organ culture like culturing roots, root hairs ,shoot tip, buds,cotyledons ,ovules ,pollen grains,young leaves,these are organs ....in other words these are your explants 2-tissue culture like culturing pith tissue,palisade tissue of a leaf ,any piece contains one type of cells forming a tissue 3-cell culture when your explant is separate cells such as suspension cultures of callus which may be in separate cells or aggregates of few hundreads of cells of the same type. any culture type can be converted to others any cells can produce organ and organs can produce callus on some media which may produce organs in this amazing technology you can produce whole plants from organs,tissues or even cells.
