MEDAL AND FAN What is translational motion? IDK IF THIS IS PHYSICS BUT WHAT EVER

OpenStudy (ljetibo):

Translational motion is when you "move", when your coordinates change relative to some point you designated. Compared to that you can have rotational motion. Depending on the type of translational motion you can have liear harmonic motion, brownian motion, random motion, linear, curvilinear....

OpenStudy (hahahelp):

thanks!

OpenStudy (ljetibo):

I'm sure there's a more definitive answer somewhere, but it eludes me right now. Potentially something over the displacement and trajectory. But if this satisfies you, cool.
