The answer is D she will need to collect 108 more quarters.

If we plug in 180 back into the equation she used and multiply it by .25 and add it to 192*.25, we get the needed amount of 75. Therefore because a quarter is worth 25 cents and we are multiplying 108 by that number, we must be dealing with the quarters that are needed.
