1. Describe at least one societal issue that scientists will be able to address using the sequence of the human genome.

A societal issue that scientists will be able to address using the sequence of the human genome is curing biological disadvantages and diseases. People could replace or create a different genetic maker that makes a person less likely to get cancer. People could be able to choses the hair color, eye color, maybe even the shape of a baby’s nose before it is born.
