Tbh I think it is true because either way its being rotated 180 degrees... but idk.. ive never seen it asked that way

Nah, I would think its false because one is rotating the negative way and the other is rotating a positive way but at the same time I kind of agree with you, but when you submit this question could you let me know if it's correct? :/

@GracieJaylene Think about it this way, take a container and flip it to the right, positively, 180 deg. Than put it back in neutral position, and flip it the other way, negatively.
