Can anybody give me ANY info or any help with this? I'm stumped and need some guidance..

Explain the ways in which (A) Beowulf (the poem) manifests (or displays) the features of a literary epic and (B) How Beowulf (the character) embodies (or has) the cultural traits of an Anglo-Saxon hero. Use specific examples from the text as evidence for support for your thesis/claim.
