It is a straight line parallel to the y-axis and intersect the x-axis at the point (0,-2)
Take this and check it.
So it is horizontal ?
No, it is not. It is a vertical line, parallel to the y-axis, with undefined slope, passes through the point (0,-2)

It is obvious from the figure that it is not a horizontal line, it is a vertebral one.
