just bc. you check it for x=0 you get y=0 what is true than you see the graph and for x=-4 you get y=0 what than you check the graph is true too so i believe that this graph is true

f(x)=3(x^2+4x+4-4)=3(x+2)^2-12 vertex is (-2,-12) hence false

yes you are right bc, for x=-2 you get y=-12 so and not -8
