OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

I really need help! An astronaut, including her spacesuit, has a mass of 150kg at a NASA training facility on Earth. She then travels to Mars, where the acceleration due to gravity is 3.3 m/s/s. What is her mass on Mars? What is her weight on Mars?

OpenStudy (brainlesslonelygirl):

what is the answer?

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

I don't know that's why I posted it again.

OpenStudy (sshayer):

mass is same at all places. only weight changes w=mg if g changes w changes.

OpenStudy (brainlesslonelygirl):

@Unofficialllyy then how can you know the answer you and i calculated before is wrong?

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

Because the website that I'm doing it on tells me if it's wrong or correct.
