\[\large y = \frac{ 1 }{ 56 }(8x -3 )^7 +(3 - \frac{ 1 }{ 10x^2 })^{-1}\]
It is the chain rule. Derivative of something like \(\Large [f(x)]^a \) is: \(\Large a[f(x)]^{a-1}*f'(x) \)
\[\Large{\frac{1}{56}\frac{d}{dx}(8x-3)^7+\frac{d}{dx}\left( 3-\frac{1}{10x^2} \right)^{-1}}\]
