Look at the following numbers: −5, −6, 0, 6 Which pair of numbers has a sum of zero? A. −6, 0 B. −5, 6 C. 6, −6 D. −5, 0

@AloneS

OpenStudy (monkeyagf):

idk

alones (alones):

Umm..

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

6, and -6

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

is you add -6 and a positive 6 you get 0

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

For an example if you have -25 and add 8 your answer will be -17

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

So with adding positives to negatives, it's more like 25 - 8 and getting 17 but instead you do it with negatives

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

If you do -17 - 5 then its the same thing as adding positives.

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

answer will be -25

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

So you get the point?

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

Hope that helps

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

gl on whatever you were doing

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):

peace...

OpenStudy (monkeyagf):

thx

OpenStudy (danieldjpon3):
