Another question from me, sorry. I keep hearing about medals on questions, how would you get or give one of those? I don't see a button for that, would it be visible to mods only?

When someone finds your answer accurate and helpful the other in the question can give you a medal. So say somebody named john asked a question and steve and kyra were helping him but they couldn't explain it in a way that john understood and dave came and explained it and john understood it and the answer was helpful. Then kyra, steve, and dave can all give dave a medal for explaining it to john and being helpful. Basically anyone who views the question can give whoever they feel was most accurate. It's all just on preference . But next to the question in the top right corner it'll say give medal and you can either give a medal to that person or whoever u feel most helped you in your question. Keep in mind you can only give one medal to one person per question. Hope this helps you understand Openstudy more now :)

Btw it helps people whos questions haven't been answered if you close a question after you feel like it has been properly answered :D

I don't think I see what you're talking about... On a person's comment you can give their answer a medal by clicking best response, but I don't see one that implies it's giving the question a medal. Also, what's that person with the talk bubble in the top right corner of the questions I ask for?

No, in several places throughout the site (not least under the engagement part of the smartscore) it mentions getting medals for asking questions. I didn't know any way you would do that or see where it would be done or show up. Also what's this button:

I have one in the top right corner of this question and all of my others. It doesn't show up on other people's questions.

Also that "talk button" is asking for qualified help, and you have to use 10 OwlBucks to do that
