I'm going to say A, I believe that is right. I do believe if I remember right that the government kept denying women the right to vote for several decades, but in some states they eventually allowed them to vote. (Obviously it became all states sooner or later) She didn't go to jail, and the womens rights movement did receive more attention. So the only one that doesn't fit in is A.
