jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

for x = 1 how many will get the y ? y what is f(x) - hope you know it

OpenStudy (redheadangel):

PLEASE HELP ITS NOT LETTING ME POST

OpenStudy (redheadangel):

Would one of y'all help me? Given the equation, y = 3(0.87)^x , where y is the amount of money in thousands in x years, describe what is happening? The amount of money is decreasing at a rate of 13% per year The amount of money is decreasing at a rate of 87% per year The amount of money is decreasing at a rate of 13 per year The amount of money is decreasing at a rate of 87 per year

OpenStudy (janu16):

dont post it here. this is my question

OpenStudy (janu16):

post it on your thread

OpenStudy (redheadangel):

sorry its just not letting me post on here :(

OpenStudy (redheadangel):

but continue on

OpenStudy (janu16):

@jhonyy9 what do you mean by what is y?

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

y mean f(x) so y=f(x) = (2^x) +1 hence wrote is correct or 2^(x+1) ?
