are you supposed to fille blank with the scientific notation of 10? because if so, it is 1.

When using decimal point you would move it to the right if you were increasing the whole number when moving it to the left you would be decreasing the value....So that would mean if the power of 10 is a `negative` move the decimal place to the left.

Ex. \(\huge {1 \times 10^{3}=1000}\) \(\huge{1 \times 10^{-3}=.001}\) In the first one we move the decimal to the right and in the second one we move the decimal to the right...We see that when we move it to the right the value is decreased..
