What is the measure of the smallest angle in the diagram? https://i.gyazo.com/172af62dd1d1ed31f788c453ac1896cc.png

OpenStudy (darth_vader):

so whats the question about?

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

It's about the angle that I took a screencap of in the link.

OpenStudy (darth_vader):

well i aint good at math that well but u can ask toger for help

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

I can ask who? Also, no offense but if you're not good at math, why'd you comment?

OpenStudy (darth_vader):

. . .

563blackghost (563blackghost):

We have three different angles that are adjacent to each other... these three angles equal the angle of 106 so we would add the angles with the sum being 106.... \(\huge{(2x-1)+(x+17)+(4x-15)=106}\) You would need to simplfy to find x...so first combine like terms...

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

I think he meant "I"m not good at math, but you can ask others for help" :p The previous comment seems about right, though.

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

\[x = 15\]

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

So, do I simply plug in X now?

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Correct :) And yes you would do that to find the smalles angle :D
