Idk if this is the right place to post this question but Can someone explain to me why some people say Tears taste (sort of) salty? (Weird question I know)

Well When you cry, the tears are salty. Why? Actually, all the fluids of your body are at least a little bit salty. All of them have some salts dissolved in them and always a little of the commonest salt, sodium chloride.
