Pro Tip: Don't beg and promise lots of medals and make everything about drama. If you didn't do the work in a timely manner, we really don't care. We'll help you as best we can whatever you post.
Bonus Tip: It's very inconsiderate to post long assignments that you have not even begun and expect somebody else to use their time to do it for you. Again we are glad to help but please realize that everybody here is busy and has their own lives.

Read it all the way through.
Write down what you remember in the order it appeared. (do little chunks if you need to)
Read the doc again.
Compare with what you have written. 
Did you mention all the important stuff so somebody will get the idea of it? 
If not, add to your summary. 
When it covers the basics, you are done.
