KjSaif (kjsaif):

I need help with this

OpenStudy (will.h):

They second one is incorrect ir does have solution

KjSaif (kjsaif):

I didn't answer

KjSaif (kjsaif):

i just kept them in no solution

OpenStudy (will.h):

2p-12 = 12-2p add 2p to both sides 4p -12 = 12 add 12 to both sides 4p = 24 divide by 4 p = 6

OpenStudy (will.h):

5(n-2) = 5n -10 to the left side i will use distrubtive property 5n - 10 = 5n - 10 The answer here would be all real number or many solutions why? because both sides have the same equation and no matter what values you would subsitute for n the sides will be equal

KjSaif (kjsaif):

oh i see

OpenStudy (will.h):

No! i said C have many solutions because no matter what value you have the sides will be equal

KjSaif (kjsaif):

yea my bad

OpenStudy (will.h):

as for the 1st one -c + 4 = c - 4 add c to both sides 4 = 2c -4 and add 4 to both sides 8 = 2c divide by 2 4= c

KjSaif (kjsaif):

ok so both A and B are one solution and C is many solutions?

KjSaif (kjsaif):

or no

OpenStudy (will.h):

Correct

KjSaif (kjsaif):

ok Thanks for the help! :)

OpenStudy (will.h):

you welcome :)
