maybe muscular strength stretching is straighten or extend one's body or a part of one's body to its full length, typically so as to tighten one's muscles or in order to reach something.
To answer though, I would choose Flexibility. Because stretching stretches the muscles which makes you able to eventually move/stretch in ways you weren't before which is the result of further flexibility.
