They Should Delete All Chat's People Spend more time in there, Talking about Nonsense, Instead Of Helping people that need Help, I see People here stay hours trying to get help and Guess What No one helps them Because there always In the Chat's...

Ummm.......But Open Study Made The Chats So That People Can Chat,Or Talk About Those Specific Subjects, What If They Wanna Hangout with Friends Or Something.then That's What They Are There For. And Also If Os Put Them There,Then I Think There Must Be A Reason,Otherwise They Wouldn't Be There. :)

That's not true. The chat's just for stuff that's off topic. If no one answers your question, it's usually because it's in the wrong section, or no one knows the answer right now (or no one has quite enough time to type their answer). If you have a question that's unanswered you can write about it in the chat and people will come help if they can (especially if you post a link). OS is a community, and a community that doesn't commune isn't really a community at all, is it?
Bottom line, if a question isn't being answered, it's because no one has the answer yet, and if you're patient (this isn't Google) one will eventually show up. Chats are for chatting. Questions are for answering, OS is for studying together. When we can chat and message the whole place runs smoother (and people stop making questions just for chatting in, which I've seen on other places).

Yes what @AloneS said , they are made for chilling out with people and other reasons such as to socialize with others and be NICE ... if no one is there to help you , copy and paste your link towards the subject its for in the chat section and go from there , soon people will see you link and go to help. you don't have to be rude , you know , have you ever thought , some people have no friends on here and try to talk to others by those chat slots? Did you ever think some people are bored and just want to chill with others? Obliviously not because you are complaining about it. YOU might not like it but others do , including me , if you continue to have a problem with the chat slots or us , you can leave or I will report you for rude behavior , your fault for posting something like this on the internet , you will get back fired from others , including me , make sure YOU continue to read this and other's post who wrote here and think again , thanks!!
