I am not able to exactly understand your question but from what I understand each and every proton exerts equal force of attraction on an electron irrespective of the presence of other atoms in the vicinity and then the net force on the electron is calculated by taking the vector sum of the forces. So in the case of three protons exerting an attraction force on a single electron the position of the protons would decide the outcome. for example
