Question

Can someone please explain how (5) turns into (6), it seems like the book is skipping some steps. I understand that a/x = a (1/x) but the example factors out the 1/delta-x and then the denominator goes from delta-x to x@ a point. Hope this makes sense!!!!

\[\frac{ \ln \left( x _{0}+\Delta x \right)-\ln x _{0} }{ \Delta x } =\frac{ \ln \frac{ x _{0} +\Delta x}{ x _{0} } }{ \Delta x }\]
\[=\frac{ 1 }{ \Delta x } \ln \left( 1+\frac{ \Delta x }{ x _{0} } \right)\]
