Consideration.

OpenStudy (yinshy):

can we do consider?

OpenStudy (frozen15):

hey @Yinshy come join the game I tagged you in !

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

@Yinshy Consideration and any variation thereupon...

OpenStudy (saksh1998):

ephemeral

Atsie (atsie):

CONSIDERATION We could call it the primal compassion, the definite sympathy For those in need, in need of minor dignity. The thank you and the opened door Simply manners though they mean much more. Applause upon with a clap on the back Pause again in a moment of what we lack For what we are is what we can teach ourselves to be To lift one hand for another is more in meaning considerably In lastly but least not giving to others is like not giving to ourselves In times of toil and trouble bandage the frustration And learn with a smile to give everyone some consideration.

Atsie (atsie):

^Written exactly on the spot.

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

Amazing yet again, @Atsie!

Atsie (atsie):

Really? xD Haha, I actually didn't think it was to great, but I appreciate that! @SapphireMoon

OpenStudy (saksh1998):

how bout horizon

OpenStudy (quickstudent):

Just written by me right here:) Down all directions, all waters are blue These infinite oceans are counting on you! To look through the waters and make them see-through To realize your dream awake! The sun is just waiting, waiting behind the wave For you to jump, and go over the wave! To throw all your doubts and inhibitions away To see the horizen full and true! Don't let them down, the waters and sun Don't forget and leave their purpose undone! Don't give up, go stand up and run For the waters are your self, And the horizen, your goal! @Atsie @SapphireMoon

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

That's beautiful, @quickstudent!

OpenStudy (quickstudent):

Thank you, @SapphireMoon :)

OpenStudy (saksh1998):

beautiful @quickstudent

OpenStudy (hope210):

What about empathy?

Atsie (atsie):

@quickstudent That is really really wonderfully written! I love that! :3

Atsie (atsie):

@Hope210 I'd take that one on, but I already wrote the one called Consideration. It's in a sense a meaning within a meaning and I don't to repeat it anymore than I should. :)

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

@Hope210 Here's your empathy poem, composed on the spot: When I see you Sitting there Away from the rest of us Just needing a break A break from pretending you're okay I sit down next to you I don't say "I've been there" Or "I know how you feel" Cause that never helps But I do know how you feel Cause I've hurt before I know what helps Is a good friend who says nothing And gives you chocolate Because she knows it's your favorite There was a bit of a tune playing in my head while I wrote this, but the beat isn't consistent at all and this is totally not my style, lol. Hmm.

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

And for @sakash1998, ephemeral. She blinks, her sapphire, amethyst, emerald eyes hopeful. Will I accept her? Do I still like her? She's more beautiful than she looks in human form, And now that she shows me herself, I see See emerald and amber and scarlet and ruby The multicolored tones of her skin: The true form of the shapeshifter, The tessellated scales? Cells? It doesn't matter. They fit her perfectly. Her golden blonde hair falls to the floor. I look into those jewel-toned eyes again. I ask her, "Become a fairy again so we can fly." She shifts, her skin ripples, Her wings open. I tell her, "Thank you. Thank you for showing me yourself." She smiles and says, "You like it, then?" I grin. "Of course I do." Oh boy, my free verse is especially free tonight... A little thing based off of a scene that will eventually be in my novel, just lyricized a bit. Did anyone notice my poetry doesn't usually have punctuation?

OpenStudy (ws04):

honorific go!

Atsie (atsie):

@SapphireMoon That is really really amazing!!! You have a wonderful way of writing! I loved what you did with both poems but especially with the last! :))

OpenStudy (dabbingpikachu):

Potato *cough*

OpenStudy (dlmchale):

This poem contains 18 words that have been deemed the most sensual in the English language, the most soothing on the tongue. LOST FOR WORDS by D.L.McHale (www.dlmchale.com) she was seductive and transcendent demure and evanescent lost in the shifting shadows of sexual sensations her chatoyant gaze, her dulcet smile she was erstwhile my beloved fixation her words kissed my ears imbuing my imagination with fugacious desire her touch left vestigial sensations demanding a desultory and deep dalliance her lissome lips lilting softly ineffable moments transcending opulence something surreptitious and sumptuous serene, slavish, and sexy

OpenStudy (firedragonrage):

What about Caution

Atsie (atsie):

CAUTION When we limit the unlimited We stain the glass like a cathedral window with only colors that forget the defining of beautiful Shapes of colors yet again shape the fact that we forget to look out So shield my soul so look at all these depths And its the clouded window inside of me that it protects.

Atsie (atsie):

^ We've all seen colored stained cathedral window's like these http://www.pxleyes.com/images/contests/gothic-architecture/fullsize/Gothic-cathedral-window.jpg SO I was using that as a metaphor in the sense that the window inside of me (or you if you applied it to you) is all colored and clouded up and the caution in us doesn't allow us to look out of clear see through windows. We are our own stained selves and sometimes it takes a little caution before we become clearer and before we can easily open up to who and what we are.

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

How's about syncopation?

OpenStudy (sapphiremoon):

@Atsie @quickstudent @Hope210
