Find an equation to the line tangent to y = 5 + |x – 2| at the coordinate (2, 5). I computed that f'(x) is x-2/|x-2| and f'(2)=DNE. Is this correct?

Yes, good job :) This absolute value function produces a `cusp` or `sharp corner` at x=2. So the function is not differentiable at that location.
